Welcome to the CreateQuest platform! These Terms of Use govern the relationship between CreateQuest and users of the platform. By using our site and participating in courses, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree to the terms, please stop using our services.

1. General Provisions
Scope: These terms apply to all users of the CreateQuest platform, including registered course participants and site guests.
Acceptance: By using the CreateQuest platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to change the terms and notify users of updates. We recommend that you periodically check the Terms of Use to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
Age Restriction: The platform is intended for users over 18 years of age. If you are under 18, please stop using the platform.
2. Registration and Account Creation
Account Creation: To access CreateQuest courses, users must register with a valid name and email address. The user is responsible for the security of their account information and undertakes not to share it with third parties.
Data Accuracy: The user undertakes to provide accurate and current data upon registration and to keep it up to date. CreateQuest is not responsible for errors in the provision of services caused by incorrect information on the part of the user.
3. Course Payment and Refund Policy
Course Prices: The price of each course is listed on the course description page and may vary depending on the content and duration. CreateQuest reserves the right to change prices, but changes will not affect courses that have already been paid for.
Payment: Payment is made through secure payment systems. CreateQuest does not store or process bank card data; all payment transactions are processed through our payment partners.
Payment Confirmation: After successful payment, the user gains access to the course. In case of technical problems with payment or course activation, the user can contact support.
Refund Policy: Refunds are possible within 14 days from the date of payment, if the user has not yet started training (for example, less than 10% of the materials have been viewed). If the course has already begun, no refunds are provided. In some cases, a refund may be considered individually.
4. Course Access and Content Usage Rules
Duration of Access: After payment, the user gains access to the course materials for the period specified on the course page. Access is usually provided for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
Content Use License: All materials available on the CreateQuest platform are intended for personal use only. The user has no right to copy, distribute, sell or publish course materials, or provide access to them to third parties.
Course Updates: CreateQuest may update and improve course materials by adding new content, changing the structure and fixing errors. Users registered for a course have access to updates for the duration of their access at no additional cost.
5. CreateQuest Responsibility
Quality of Services: CreateQuest strives to provide quality educational materials and services. We make every effort to ensure stable access to courses, but do not guarantee the absence of interruptions due to technical work or unexpected failures.
Limitation of Liability: CreateQuest is not responsible for the learning results, since success depends on the efforts and level of involvement of the user. The platform also does not guarantee that completing courses will provide specific results in the professional or personal sphere.
Data Privacy: We will store and process users' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. User Responsibilities
Responsible Use: The user agrees to use the platform solely for personal learning and to comply with all rules of conduct set forth by CreateQuest.
Prohibited Activities: The user is prohibited from:
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to CreateQuest systems;
Copying or distributing course materials;
Using the platform to publish offensive, illegal, or unethical content.
Respectful Communication: The user agrees to maintain respectful communication with CreateQuest instructors, other students, and staff. Harassment, discrimination, and unethical behavior will not be tolerated.
7. Certificates and Course Completion Verification
Certificate Requirements: Upon completion of a course and successful completion of all requirements, a user may receive a CreateQuest certificate. Depending on the course, this may include tests, practice assignments, and projects.
Certificate Use: A certificate verifies successful completion of a course, but is not an official license or diploma. CreateQuest is not responsible for the recognition of a certificate by employers or other organizations.
8. Modification of Terms of Use
Modification of Terms: CreateQuest reserves the right to change these Terms of Use. An updated version will be posted on this page, and users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Modification of Services: CreateQuest reserves the right to modify courses, add or remove features, or temporarily suspend or terminate access to services. In the event of changes, users may be given access to similar or improved courses.
9. Privacy Policy
CreateQuest collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By using the platform you agree to this policy. In the event of changes to the Privacy Policy, users will be notified and the updated version will be published on the site.

10. Dispute Resolution
Negotiations: In the event of disputes, the parties undertake to first attempt to resolve them through negotiations.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the country in which CreateQuest is registered. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiations shall be subject to consideration in court in accordance with applicable law.
